PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE BOOKING LINK, THIS EXPLAINS OUR CANCELLATION FEE.

We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured.
Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate.

For all reservations we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met.
- We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice or fail to show up, will automatically incur a £10pp fee.
-Same day bookings and cancellations, or bookings made with less than 24 hours, will also incur the fee.
-Any bookings that arrive and then “walkout” will also incur the fee.
-On the day of your reservation, a charge of £10 per guest will apply for any no-show guests if your party size decreases. If your party has dropped to a considerable size, you may have to wait for the next available table suitable of the size number e.g a 4 down to a 2 will not be seated on the table for 4 people.
Please keep us updated of any changes to your group size, no matter how small.
-Please specify how many children are in your party also if you need a highchair please include this in the number of people you are booking for, we have limited space in the restaurant and if you don’t book a space for the highchair we do struggle to fit it in, remember a highchair counts as a chair too, so does the child sitting in it. (Please leave a comment to mention about needing a highchair)
-We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. By making a reservation at Martin Bros Micropizzeria you agree to our reservation cancellation terms. We look forward to welcoming you!

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE: UNLESS YOU GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOUR BOOKING HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION.

A confirmation email will always send through if you have completed the whole booking process. Without confirmation your reservation is void.
