PLEASE READ THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE BOOKING LINK, THIS
EXPLAINS OUR CANCELLATION FEE. We are an independent restaurant and rely
on reservations being honoured. Please do make us aware of any special
requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary
requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate.
For
all reservations we require card details to secure your booking. These
details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only
be charged if the cancellation terms are not met.
We
ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and
reservations that fail to give this notice or fail to show up, will
automatically incur a £10pp fee, same day bookings and cancellations
will also incur the fee. Also any bookings that arrive and then
“walkout” will also incur the fee.
On
the day of your reservation, a charge of £10 per guest will apply for
any no-show guests if your party size decreases. If your party has
dropped to a considerable size, you may have to wait for the next
available table suitable of the size number e.g a 4 down to a 2 will not
be seated on the table for 4 people. Please keep us updated of any
changes to your group size, no matter how small.
Please
specify how many children are in your party and also if you need a
highchair. (Please leave a comment to mention about needing a highchair)
Please note, unfortunately we are not allowed to have any children past
8pm on our premises, please bear this in mind when booking.
We
politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold
tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
We are only able to accomodate a table of
6, we can not do any more than this. Any tables booked as a 'group'
will be treated seperately and may not be sat together.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE: UNLESS YOU GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOUR BOOKING HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION.
A confirmation email will always send through if you have completed the whole booking process. Without confirmation your reservation is void.
